We are a busy tertiary level 3 referral unit within the Evelina London Children’s Hospital. Our service is expanding to include 22 ITU cots, 12 HDU cots and 21 Special cots.
We are one of 3 hub NICUs for the South London Neonatal Network, providing an unrivaled breadth of experience, caring for babies with: surgical, cardiac, neurological, renal and metabolic disorders as well as those born prematurely.

Our sisters provide outstanding clinical leadership and professional expertise. They take the lead in the daily co-ordination of the unit ensuring the smooth running of this dynamic unit. These nurses set the high standards of nursing care expected of all nurses working on the unit.
