Our Trust

There are currently vacancies within our Neonatal Intensive care unit for progressive thinking Junior sisters. you will be qualified with the neonatal intensive care course and have experience of working in a level 3 unit. the role requires the applicant to be able to lead the unit in the absence of more senior staff and help manage a nursing team within the unit. Your long term goal will be to progress to a band 7 role in the future with the support of the senior nursing team. The unit is level 3 and has 40 cots with the plan to increase this number in the near future. there will be the opportunity to develop your managerial and leadership in this role.
