Social Worker – Community Social Work Team

Are you an HCPC registered Social Worker with a passion for making a difference to the lives of vulnerable adults and their families?

Salary: £31 683 to £38 760, per annum, with earning potential to unconsolidated rate £40,620 based on performance, plus Car Mileage Allowance and a £1 000 Retention Payment after each year of completed service*

*Payable to Social Workers appointed at scale point 38 and higher.

You may be entitled to receive up to 32 days annual leave a year depending on local government service.

Full time posts but flexible working will be considered.

We are currently recruiting for a social worker to join the Community Social work team; a generic adult team working to prevent , reduce and delay the need for commissioned services. We are committed to offer the support and development opportunities you need to achieve success through monthly one to one supervision and team action learning sets. There are also opportunities to take on a champion role within the team with associated learning and developmental opportunities.
