We are looking for highly motivated social worker to join Ramsgate House Adult Community Mental Health Team.
Salford Mental Health Services are committed to providing high quality, integrated services where the focus is upon recovery and self-directed support.
You will be qualified Social Worker with HCPC Registration (AMHP is desirable, not essential).
We are looking for an experienced mental health practitioner who has high professional standards and the ability to work well with colleagues in a multi disciplinary setting. You will have sound professional values and developed assessment skills. You will carry a caseload and promote independence and enablement in your work. You must be willing to work flexibly in our organisation.
The post is fixed term contract (full-time) to 31st March 2017. You will be required to work one weekend in every twelve on a rota basis. (this does not apply to ASYE's)
In return we offer regular supervision from experienced management teams, working within an integrated health and social care team, and plenty of opportunities to be involved in the changing world of Adult Social Care.
Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check – currently £4400. The payment for this will be deducted from your first salary payment. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £4400.
