Wiltshire Health and Care is formed from a partnership of the three NHS Foundation Trusts who serve Wiltshire, Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. From 1st July 2016 Wiltshire Health and Care will provide adult community health services in Wiltshire. As part of the team you will help deliver services to the Wiltshire Health and Care contract, however your employment will be with one of our partner organisation, Great Western Hospitals Foundation NHS Trust.
We have a vacancy within the Salisbury City Integrated Team for a Band 6 Neuro Physio. Our Physiotherapists are expected to work seamlessly within the multi-professional community teams in the South Wiltshire area and to forge close links with other local teams and services.
We would like to see clear evidence of up to date and relevant clinical practice and education. Applicants need to have enthusiasm, commitment to working within a community based team and recent experience of doing so within the NHS (including undergraduate), to consider applying for this post.

All new starters with Wiltshire Health & Care will be subject to a six month probationary period.
