The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country. It provides a wide range of general and specialist clinical services and is a base for medical education, training and research.
The Trust comprises of four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington and the Horton Hospital in Banbury.
The Oxford Pain Service operates across the three sites of the Oxford University NHS Foundation Trust, including the Outpatient Pain Relief Unit.
We are looking for a registered nurse, qualified to Degree level to join our multidisciplinary pain team as a Specialist Nurse Practitioner. You will have a minimum of three years nursing experience within the NHS and able to demonstrate a special interest in pain management.
The successful candidate will act as a specialist resource to others working alongside the senior team to deliver a high quality service across the Trust. In addition, you will contribute to developing and delivering pain education to a wide range of staff.
This is a full-time post (375 hours weekly), part-time working will be considered. Hours of work may include some weekends.
