Derby Children’s Hospital, Royal Derby Hospital

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Dietitians to come and join our expanding Paediatric Team at the Derby Children's Hospital.
This role will give you good experience in general Paediatric Dietetics and you will be working alongside a strong supportive team of Paediatricians. The Paediatric Dietetic team provides care for Paediatric Home Enteral feeding, Cystic Fibrosis, Metabolic conditions and PKU, Neonatal unit, Paediatric Diabetes, child development, food sensitivity, cardiac conditions, Crohn’s disease and inpatient services including Paediatric intensive care and outpatient Paediatrics. Previous Paediatric Dietetic experience is preferred however all applications will be considered.
We are a friendly department of 61 full and part time dietitians, Dietetic Assistants and admin support staff who work across both the acute and community. We have an established student training programme for A, B and C placements and encourage innovation, CPD and professional development. The department has good clerical support and access to excellent IT and library facilities.
Derby is situated in the East Midlands with excellent train and road links up and down the country. The Peak District is on the door step.
