An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the specialist team who sit within new fully integrated drug and alcohol service in Leeds. The specialist practitioner will be a case manager, holding a caseload of dual diagnosis service users. They will provide assessment, risk management, formulation, and psychosocial intervention to service users with co-existing mental health and/or pregnancy needs. They will have experience of working with addiction problems, and a solid working knowledge of dual diagnosis. You will be offered training, supervision and support from an experienced MDT based in Seacroft or Armley.
There may also be an opportunity to undertake this role on a 12 month secondment basis. Please state in your application if you would be interested in this.
