Specialty doctor - 9 PROGRAMMED ACTIVITIES
We are looking for an enthusiastic specialty doctor to join a team of consultants and specialty doctors. The post holder will be based at Florence Nightingale Health Centre, Harlow a purpose-built Child Development Centre, which has excellent facilities and hosts several other disciplines.
Children’s Services within West Essex provide services to the child population in Harlow, Uttlesford, Epping and parts of East Hertfordshire.
The specialty doctor will join a team of 5 Consultant Community Paediatricians and 3 Speciality Doctors. The post holder will be expected to provide community paediatric services to children within West Essex and parts of East Hertfordshire in conjunction with other paediatricians. There is multiagency working within the department.
There are close working relationships with both Acute Paediatrics Services and CAMHS. There are strong links with Essex County Council’s, Social Services and Education Department.
