SPECIALTY DOCTOR:- FIXED TERM FOR 1 YEAR TO BE MADE PERMANENT UPON SATISFACTORY PROGRESSION AND APPRAISAL

The post offers a comprehensive experience in all aspects of the specialty in a well-supported and closely supervised environment.
This post will provide support to the Consultants and participate in outpatient clinics, operating sessions and emergencies. The post holder will also supervise juniors within the department and will be involved in teaching.
Full registration with the General Medical Council is essential and some experience as Registrar would be desirable.
The post is whole time and operates a 1:7 on-call shift pattern, full prospective cover will be included. The department consists of 5 Consultants, 3 Specialist Registrars, 4 Specialty Doctors, 5 FY1
