Job Description

SPECIALTY REGISTRAR (LAT / LAS) IN OPHTHALMOLOGY (LOCUM APPOINTMENT FOR TRAINING / LOCUM APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE) Applications are invited for the post of Specialty Registrar (LAT / LAS) in Ophthalmology. This post is available for a fixed term period from January 2017 to the 1st August 2017. The Postgraduate Dean has confirmed that these programmes have the required educational and staffing approval. There may be a possibility to extend this appointment at the end of the training year. The extension may be at any of the hospitals rotation. If appointed to a relevant Specialty Training Programme through open competition, documented competencies achieved through a LAT can count towards CCT, or towards a CESR application for those not entering an approved Specialty Training Programme.
