The Luton & Dunstable University Hospital is a highly rated, diverse and forward thinking place to work. We are a Foundation Trust serving a multi-cultural population of over 350,000 across Bedfordshire and North Hertfordshire.

We are a regional centre of excellence for several key specialties including, Obesity Research, Neurophysiology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology and Cancer Services. We are a tertiary level NICU provider and one of the largest centres for breast screening in the country.

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive critical care team. We are looking for nurses who are keen to develop their critical care skills and are able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience, at Band 5 level or above, in an acute hospital environment.

Our Critical care department consists of a 7 bedded Intensive Care Unit and an 11 bed High Dependency Unit. We deliver high quality, patient focused care for patients who are level 1 to level 3. We have a dedicated outreach service including NIV support out of hours.

We are looking for staff who are flexible and want to work across both ITU and HDU in order to develop their skills and support service needs.
