Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust provides integrated acute and community Healthcare in the West Midlands serving a population of 260,000 residents. Walsall Manor Hospital houses the full range of district general hospital services. The £170 million development was completed in 2010 and we are continually upgrading. Construction of the new integrated critical care unit has commenced and is due to be completed 2017, and plans to extend the neonatal unit are underway.

BAND 5 STAFF NURSE – ENDOSCOPY DEPARTMENT
375 hours per week (negotiable)
Up to 3 vacancies
Band 5 - £21,478 to £27,901 per annum (pro rata for part time staff)
A post has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic and organised individual to join a well-established Endoscopy Team.
You will need to be a qualified RN and have at least 12 months’ work experience. Experience in an Endoscopy setting is preferable but not essential.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have an innovative, flexible approach to developing and challenging nursing practice. You will need to work on your own initiate and be able to cope under pressure. There is a pre assessment and out of hours emergency element to the post so flexibility is essential.
