Aintree University Hospital’s Acute Medical Unit, is currently recruiting for various positions due to its expansion which includes its Ambulatory Care Area. We are therefore looking to recruit a Registered Nurse who wants to develop and contribute to this service development.
You will need to be an effective role model and demonstrate a passion for improving patient safety and quality care and have the ability to drive improvements which will enhance the patient’s experience.
The successful candidates must also possess an understanding of the changing dynamics in healthcare and demonstrate strong leadership ability to support staff through the challenging times ahead.
Applicants will ideally have had 12 months experience in an acute setting, although preceptorship for suitable candidates will be considered.
