City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is an independent, co-owned “for better profit” and co-owned Community Interest Company responsible for providing local health and social care services.
Our services help minimise the need for acute care in hospital through early interventions, community-based treatment and promotion of healthy lifestyles. We deliver over 75 diverse services in a community setting and employ approximately 1400 people.

CHCP CIC has been awarded a 6 year contract to provide integrated healthcare services across the HMP Hull and HMP Humber Health and Justice Care Pathway.

We require Band 5 Registered Nurses (Adult) to work as part of the Primary Care team, bringing clinical expertise to the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency workforce. We’re looking for applicants who would thrive in an environment where the role is diverse and no two days are the same.
