We have vacancies in our cardiology, surgical and respiratory medical wards as well as in theatres so if you are interested in heart and lung nursing, come and join us at Papworth.
Applying to be a Papworth Nurse allows you to tell us your area of interest or we can help you decide where you will be best suited to work. Perhaps you prefer medical to surgical nursing but have never worked in a cardiology or respiratory specialist area or maybe you like surgical nursing but have not experienced cardiothoracic surgery. We don’t mind as we can build on your existing skills and experience and help you to develop in these areas here at Papworth.
Wherever you work It’s really busy and the patients are sick but you only ever have patients on your area needing specialist cardiothoracic care, treatment and advice and you are surrounded by nursing, medical and technical staff with the expertise and time to ensure they get it. Papworth patients need this and you can help provide it.
