Pyrland Ward are seeking individuals who want to contribute to Somerset Partnership’s vision of providing compassionate nursing care.
Are you a mental health staff nurse ready to join our multidisplinary team that is dedicated and motivated about working with older people?
Pyrland Ward consists of two wards both of which offer assessment and treatment to older people with mental health problems. Part of the role includes leading a team during the shift, providing evidenced based care to our clients and working collaboratively with our community team colleagues to ensure that the admission and discharge process is effective.
We currently have full, part time & bank vacancies for compassionate Nurses to join our friendly teams at Pyrland Ward.
Successful applicants will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans within the inpatient wards ensuring high quality care.
You will provide nursing care to all your patients ensuring that patients are treated with dignity and respect. You will be an advocate to promote a safe and lively environment within the unit.
