Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) - Elderly Nursing Home - Dudley, West Midlands - £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: 36 Hours per week - Days

I am currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join this elderly and dementia nursing home. As Staff Nurse on days you will have experience working in a similar clinical setting and be familiar working with elderly patients with dementia needs.

My client is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their team on Days at their elderly and dementia home. This opportunity will allow you to advance within a home which is committed to preserving and improving principles of care for residents and promoting staff internally. As a Registered Nurse you will have demonstrable knowledge of both clinical and theoretical nursing developments. You will be able to provide clinical support and direction to new members of staff, healthcare assistants and also student nurses.

The service prides itself on the complexity of the clinical competencies which it's staff maintain and therefore full training is provided on required aspects of general nursing, including male and female catheterisation.

The role of the Staff Nurse is:

•Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
•Develop, review and update care plans
•Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
•Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
•Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places

As a Staff Nurse you will have:

•Experience in a alike setting (Hospital or Nursing Home)
•A relevant nursing qualification (RGN or RMN)
•Current and valid registration with the NMC
•The legal right to work in the UK
