This is a very exciting time for Spire Manchester Hospital as we transfer to a new flagship hospital incorporating some of the most up-to-date facilities in the country. Join us in this senior role, and you will provide exemplary care for our patients while managing a team. Your role will see you comparing the team’s practice against benchmarks while working as a role model in quality improvement and maintaining your own personal development. You’ll also monitor the performance of team members, providing feedback every six months to ensure you succeed together.

Job Requirements

Able to drive excellence, you will be a registered nurse with a proven track record of working as a practitioner in and across multidisciplinary teams. It’s likely you’ll have a supervisory or management qualification. You’ll definitely have experience of analysing staff and ward management problems and coming up with viable solutions. Committed to sharing evidence-based practice to enhance standards, you will have strong teaching and assessment skills. Your passion for caring and enabling others to care will shine through.
