We are an extremely proactive and patient centered service and have a number of initiatives in place to support the recovery and ongoing care of our patients including “Joint School”, Pre and Post-Operative phone calls and Enhanced Recovery.
As an individual, you will be given the opportunity to develop professionally by becoming a link nurse in, nutrition, tissue viability, sepsis or falls. Development of a specialist interest can also be undertaken with CPD modules following discussion with the ward manager.
