Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest acute hospital trusts in the country. We provide a full range of services to more than 650,000 people across Portsmouth, South East Hampshire and West Sussex. Most services are provided at Queen Alexandra Hospital but we also offer a range of outpatient and diagnostic facilities closer to patients’ homes. We handle around 130,000 Emergency Department admissions a year and have the busiest maternity department on the South Coast. The Trust employs around 6,000 staff and is the second largest employer in Portsmouth.
The Trust’s vision is to be the best hospital, provide the best care by employing the best people and to ensure our patients are the centre of all that we do. If you share the same values as Portsmouth Hospitals; Respect & Dignity, Quality of Care, Working Together and Efficiency we want you to work for us.
This is a friendly dynamic Hospital committed to providing the highest standards of healthcare for its patients. It is set on the stunning south coast close to beautiful beaches, a drive from the stunning South downs, a boat ride to the Isle of Wight and excellent shopping / dining facilities at Gunwharf.
