An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly open, purpose built Acute Medical Unit for Band 5 Staff Nurses. We arebased within the New Urgent & Emergency Care Centre. The UECC encompasses our Emergency Department, Clinical Decisions Unit, GP Out Of Hours and Acute Medical Unit all under one roof.

You will be working in a fantastic environment with new equipment.Candidates suitable for this unit will have a passion for delivering person centred care with kindness, respect and expertise.
You must be a 1st level nurse RN/RGN with preferably post registration experience as a Staff Nurse working in an acute setting. Have completed oral drug and Intravenous drug assessment and with a commitment to providing the highest quality patient care. Post holders may have the opportunity to rotate between the Acute Medical Unit and the Emergency Department enhancing your clinical skills if desired.
