Reporting to the clinical lead, you will work closely with a client group consisting of adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. You will aid in the devising and administration of personalised care plans and ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards. You will be part of delivering a high quality service and ensuring the promotion of a positive and supportive culture. You will be an active participant in the clinical team and be keen to continue your professional development. You will be dedicated to the care of adults with learning disabilities and will be heavily involved in day-today care provision to this client group.

You will be an experienced RNLD or RMN with Learning Disabilities experience, and will have gained significant post-qualification experience working within a relevant setting. You will be compassionate and have a good understanding of a range of LD issues and will have worked with clients from young adult through working age. You will be career-minded and eager to continue your professional development which also being a team player who can assist others with theirs.
