We are looking for registered nurses who are caring and compassionate about delivering safe care. Ainderby ward is a busy respiratory and infectious diseases medical ward. We can offer full or part-time hours.
The post holder will work 115 hour shifts which will include work at weekends and nights.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated nurses who are committed to delivering a high quality of nursing care to patients with varied needs ranging from acute illness management through to the complexities of discharge processes.
To achieve this, it is essential that you can demonstrate your commitment to maintaining evidence based practice, professional standards and your personal development to enable you to provide the highest of safe, dignified and quality care.
The successful applicants will receive a 4 week induction period and newly qualified nurses will complete a 6 month Trust preceptorship programme.
