Florence Nightingale Ward – Head & Neck,(ENT-Maxfax)
Florence Nightingale ward is a 22 bedded ward with 6 HDU beds which specializes in complex ENT and maxillofacial surgery. We are also the regional center for Head and Neck cancer. Florence Nightingale ward has an established committed workforce who is devoted to delivering competent compassionate and high quality care and if you have at least 6months post registration experience and commitment, this may be your chance to take this opportunity to join our team. We offer head & neck courses, Oncology courses and acutely unwell courses to develop in this speciality after perceptorship program.

Keate Ward – Plastic Surgery
Keate Ward is a 20 bedded Plastic Surgery Ward specialising in Reconstruction Surgery, Hand Surgery and Melanoma patients. The majority of our patients are emergency admissions or transfers from the General Intensive Care Unit. We also look after patients undergoing major elective surgery. We offer Plastics Surgery courses, cancer courses and extended wound management courses to develop in this specialty after perceptorship program.

Gunning &Holdsworth Wards- ( Trauma & Orthopaedic)
St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust has recently become one of London’s Major Trauma Centers. The trauma & orthopaedic unit consists of two busy acute wards as Gunning & Holdsworth which is 28 and 22 bedded respectively, currently specializing in a range of trauma and elective orthopedic surgery including complex neuro, plastics joint surgery and pelvic trauma. The ward is well supported by clinical nurse specialists, trauma coordinators and MDT. We offer polytrauma courses, orthopaedic courses and acutely unwell courses to develop in this specialty after the perceptorship program.
