We are looking to appoint a flexible and dynamic renal nurse to join our PD nursing team to provide holistic care.
You will be based within the renal home therapies PD team at Hammersmith Hospital working in both the community and hospital setting.
Frequent travel across all Imperial Trust sites and community home visits is a key requirement of this role therefore a clean UK driver’s licence is desirable for this post.
To be successful, we are looking for an experienced renal nurse, someone who has a sound understanding of the issues related to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of care for patients with end stage renal failure on renal replacement therapies.
You must possess excellent communication skills and a strong belief in the value of team work. The successful candidate will be expected to present regularly and contribute to the on-going educational programs provided by the PD nursing team to patients, their families/carers and multi professional Trust staff as part of this role.
This post would suit a post renal course student wishing to consolidate and further develop their renal nursing experience.
