Job Description

These include mental health, learning disability, sexual health, district nursing, health visiting, palliative care and a wide range of community-based services. In July 2011, we took on most of the services previously by provided by Northamptonshire provider services, making us the largest NHS employer in Northamptonshire.

We are committed to delivering the highest standards of patient safety, quality outcomes and patient experience. We employ and seek highly-motivated staff, whose local experience and skills provide the bedrock for service transformation and excellent, patient-centred care. Our vision is to deliver outstanding and innovative health and social care services in which our communities have confidence. To achieve this, our services will become more flexible and responsive to the needs of local people and shift closer to where our patients live, with prevention, quality and easy access given high priority. Applicants will need to demonstrate a commitment to these principles.

We offer excellent working conditions including a contributory pension scheme and a wide range of family friendly polices and flexible working practices. We are actively committed to promoting equal opportunities and diversity, and welcome applications from all sections of the community. We view lifelong learning and personal development as vital to both our staff and Trust’s progression, and continue to invest significantly through internal and external courses.

From April 1st 2013 a charge will be applied to all Disclosure and Barring Service Application Forms (formerly CRB). There is no charge for Disclosure and Barring Service Application Forms for volunteers, this remains unchanged.
