Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust is an Integrated Care Organisation (ICO) delivering care from an acute and community setting.

Within Paediatrics, we provide care for Children up to 16 years old with Medical, Day surgical/ENT/ Ophthalmic and Orthopaedic conditions.

We also have a 12 cot Level 2 Neonatal Unit

Vacancies have arisen for Band 5 Children’s Nurses to join our busy Paediatric and Neonatal Unit.

We are looking to employ motivated and forward thinking individuals who strive to further develop their existing clinical skills in these areas whilst contributing to the ever changing environment, supporting both senior and junior colleagues within a friendly caring team.

The post will be rotational and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Applications are open to experienced Children’s nurses or Students / Newly Qualified nurses who have undertaken at least 50% of their placements at Ormskirk Hospital.
