As one of our Night Shift Staff Nurses we expect you to:
Work with your fellow colleagues (Assistant Practitioner and HCA’s) to take lead responsibility for the well-being of our patients, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Carry out comprehensive assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our patients.
Promote our patients independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement to enable them to return home or be discharged to their preferred place of care.
Support the Sprial Health ethos of providing patient centred care to all our patients and ensuring that patients are involved in all aspects of their care following the ideal of “no decision about with without me”
What you will need to join us is:
A demonstrable passion for caring for patients and helping them maintain their independence and choice.
A willingness to work as part of a friendly team which will include Health Care Assistants and Allied Health Professionals to ensure a truly multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
