Role:       Staff Nurse             
Location Macclesfield Cheshire
Salary Negotiable plus benefits
Job Type: Permanent full time days or nights

Seeking a talented and passionate RGN/RMN  for a prestige status luxury care operator in Macclesfield. Reporting to the Care Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as you will need to impart complex information to residents, their families and care staff with different levels of understanding. Professional in both approach and appearance, my client is looking for individuals with a genuine warm and friendly manner, who can multi-task where necessary whilst remaining enthusiastic in their approach. Capable of working under your own initiative, you will be IT literate with a working knowledge of MS Office and you must be able to pay attention to the details. You will also be available to work shifts, including some weekends.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified RGN /RMN
  • Have a valid NMC pin number
  • Be committed and dedicated to the role.
  • Have experience within a Care Home or similar environment
  • Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills






Job Requirements

Successful appointments are subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check. Candidates must have a valid NMC Pin Number and be authorised to work in the EU. A clean driver’s licence and your own transport are also essential for this role.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Qualification as RNA or RGN Level 1, or RNMH or RMN Level 1
  • Hold valid and current NMC registration and pin number (we will consider applicants who are awaiting their NMC pin number)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Previous experience in a care home environment or in working with the elderly is desirable but not essential
  • Applicants must have a desire to care for others and be compassionate and flexible
