Job Description

Staff Nurse RMN, Band 5

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Magnolia ward which provides assessment and treatment of older people who are suffering from cognitive impairment. We are seeking a Staff Nurse with patience, enthusiasm and a keen interest in older people to join the ward team.

The successful applicant will work as named nurse for identified patients and be responsible for the assessment and care planning process in collaboration with the patient and their carers. Registration: The Trust welcomes newly qualified staff joining the team and will pay their registration for the first year that they are with the Trust.
