Strategic Lead Nurse – HCS
Based in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead
Band 8b £46,164 - £57,069 pa plus £3000 market forces payment
Permanent – 375 hours per week

We have a great opportunity for the right person to lead a unique and award winning community learning disability nursing service.

Working closely with the Head of Service you will be expected to demonstrate strong nursing leadership including strategically leading the health agenda for this integrated service

You will have extensive experience in learning disabilities nursing and be able to interpret and apply national guidance and legislation in the current context of health and social care

You will demonstrate effective operational management skills as well as professional leadership and will be able to work collaboratively with partners and other stakeholders at a senior level

As a member of the senior management team you will lead practice governance forums and other key projects within the service, locality and region
