We are looking for enthusiastic, trustworthy individuals to support people with learning disability to live meaningful lives and learn new skills

As a Support Worker you will be joining our dedicated and passionate team of Support Workers across Kidlington and Banbury. Some of the activities you will be supporting them with include preparing tasty meals, assisting with personal care, helping people we support to understand their money, updating their support plans and taking them to the local community.

You will find each day as Support Worker will vary. The people we support have a wide variety of interests and hobbies. Some of these include going to discos, holidays, day trips, shopping, arts and crafts, meals out, bowling, watching movies and animals. With your support you will help to maximise the independent living skills of our users and exercise as much choice and control over their lives as possible. You don't need any qualification but you will need to be a self : motivated and dedicated person with a fun and imaginative approach.

You will be expected to work across a variety of shift patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. (An additional £29.55 is paid per sleep in)
