Exciting opportunity for anyone looking to pursue a career within the Learning Disabilities sector!

You don't need previous experience, nor a qualification, just a warm heart, caring nature, willing to do personal care and able to work on a shift pattern including evenings, weekends and sleep ins.

My client is looking for multiple Support Workers to join their growing company. They have a few homes within the Shrewsbury area and support adults of all ages and backgrounds.

Your role will be to support the residents with all aspects of day to day living. You will not only offer care and support, you will also be involved in activities, education, and even maybe a holiday or 2!

Whether you are new to the industry, or an experienced Support Worker, you will be provided with extensive training and even your NVQ/QCF qualification!
