Job Advert Location Description

Ogilvie Court offers 24/7 specialist residential care in a community setting for up to 25 adults who have learning disabilities, Autism, Mental Health issues, Prada Willi Syndrome, behaviors that challenge and associated health issues.  Our aim is to deliver a quality person centered service to empower individuals to lead a more independent and fulfilling life.

We are situated near the village of Earls Colne and have easy access to local shops and amenities. By car, Ogilvie Court is within easy access to the A12, M11 and M25. We are set in four acres of private gardens and woodlands, in a peaceful and rural location.  The service provides 25 bedrooms within 4 different homes; each has communal areas, including lounges, kitchens and separate gardens. Benefitting from our own resource and horticultural centre, we encourage a range of daily activities to enable individuals to develop independence and social skills, and our staff will support the individuals based on a step by step program tailored to each individual service user.

Job Advert Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Support Worker and an important member of our team, providing high standards of person-centered support and care to the people we support. You will be enthusiastic and motivated and be joining a team full of fantastic people. Experience however is not essential as we provide superb training. We have both full and part time opportunities available.

Staff transport pick up and drop off points available at pre-arranged times at: Marks Tey train station,Coggeshall and Earls Colne for non driver or non car owners.
