Job Advert Location Description

At Dinorwic Road we support three people with learning disabilities who may also have complex communication and behavioural support needs. We aim to provide a safe and homely environment, where everyone can make their own choices about the care and support they receive.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a flexible responsive and positive person willing to work a range of shifts over a 7 day period.They will including early, late and overnight waking support. A positive attitute towards those we support and a passion for good care and support and  putting people we supprt first. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital; experience however is not essential, providing you have a willingness to learn and the compassion and patience needed to support.

This position is open to Female applicants only as the individual will be required to provide personal care to Female client groups at the point of entry to the service.
