Role Description

We have 2 positions available; 30 hours and for 37.5 hours. Due to the location of the services you must own a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive as part of the job. Mileage expenses will be paid subject to terms and conditions.

This is such a varied and rewarding role as you might be supporting 3 people living in supported living and driving their mobility vehicle, a married couple living in their own flat or 6 people we support on outreach who receive a minimum of hour of support around the Cinderford area.

The only requirement we have is that you are flexible to work across the week and weekends including mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays. You will be on the sleep in-rota which starts 3pm until 10pm (sleep in until 7am). A Full UK driving licence is essential.
You will need to have:

• Good people skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and within a constantly changing environment
• Ability to complete paperwork
• A willingness to participate in sleep-ins is highly desirable
• Experience of positive behaviour support is desirable but not essential
