Calling on all Theatre Nurses, ODP's and Team Leader Orthopaedics!

Excellent opportunity to work within a leading private healthcare provider!

About the Client:

This private hospital has recently been refurbished and is known for being one of the leading private healthcare providers in the Leicestershire area. They are using the most up to date medical equipment and offer a wide range of private care treatments and services to number of patients.


For the role of Team Leader Orthopaedic you will be expected to supervise, motivate and support the Theatre team. You will be working across a number of varied surgical caseload, whilst you ensure you and your team follow Care Quality Commission Standards and other required legislative regulations.

You will have a hands on approach to develop the orthopaedic service and ensure that all your patients receive a high standard of safe care. You will be responsible to develop and review policies/procedures within the department. You must also ensure that they are kept update and implemented into the Theatre. You will also get the opportunity to lead clinical audits and incident investigations within your team.

About the Individual:

To be successful for the role of Team Leader Orthopaedic you must be NMC registered and hold post-registration qualifications and have proven experience within orthopaedics.
