At Spire Healthcare, we provide the highest standards of healthcare, from the moment our patient gets in touch with us until after treatment has been completed. With over 30 years’ experience, we’re proud of our dedicated and highly trained team, which consistently achieves excellent results. What sets us apart is our people, from the very best medical professionals to attentive and highly experienced support staff. So this is your chance to be part of a team that’s not about treating patients, but about looking after people.
You will provide exemplary care for patients before, during and after their surgery by supporting the management and organisation of care in the operating theatre while providing hands-on clinical assistance. You’ll support the Theatre Manager to maximise the use of theatres and promote the development of a learning culture within the team and the hospital. From setting up perioperative equipment for routine and emergency surgical equipment to using the camera during Minimal Access Surgery (MAS) and embedding new practice developments into the team, you’ll be fully involved in patient care.
A profitable, successful business led by an experienced and stable senior management team, we provide the highest quality of care through the latest medical technology, new facilities, and a focus on inspiring leadership and employee development.
Looking after our people is tantamount to looking after our patients. That's why we are so invested in building great teams and embracing the new - with continual training and development opportunities to work alongside new techniques and services.
These investments mean that our employees feel they can provide a standard of care they can be proud of, in a great working environment.
