We are seeking a capable and dynamic Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our client’s Therapy team at their Mental Health Unit based in Glasgow.
This is a full-time role. Our client is open to hearing from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity, but rigid rostering cannot be negotiated.
Our client is a major provider of UK independent mental health care; dedicated to patients’ health and wellbeing, offering a high standard of services, inspiring innovation, and providing programmes for both active rehabilitation and longer-term care for patients.
This facility provides care for patients with a range of mental health issues, including addictions and eating disorders. The successful candidate will work to establish a full therapeutic programme, utilising excellent group facilitation skills and strong individual casework experience.
Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with a relevant post-graduate qualification and full BABCP accreditation.
At least one year's experience working in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Ability to communicate effectively with groups of patients.
Counselling skills are essential.
