 Job:  Recruitment Consultant IT Sector



Salary: up to £35 K plus excellent commission structure


Location Bromley



Wells-Brooks Associates are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 18 months’ experience and billing history with a background in any area of IT.


Ideally we are looking for a recruiter who has a track record of delivering permanent recruitment services, who is wanting to develop their next role into a team leader and management role where following your success you will recruit and manage a perm team


My client is an established and leading supplier of IT recruitment solutions throughout the UK and Europe. They are offering a fantastic package including but not limited too

To be considered for this role It’s essential that you can demonstrate a successful and consistent track record of at least 18 months within the permanent IT recruitment sector, proof of billings will be required.


Due to the nature of this sector we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual, who can dedicate time and resources to attracting the top talent to support the continued growth of the company.




Job Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Substantial recruitment experience within the field of specialist I.T.;
  • In-depth knowledge of this particular recruitment market and the potential challenges faced;
  • Ability to think outside the box and utilise different recruitment strategies such as LinkedIn, specialist I.T. sites, networking opportunities, headhunting etc.;
  • Excellent people skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
