Voyage Care provides personalised support and care for people with learning disabilities; autism; head and spinal injuries; neurological needs and other complex conditions. We have the following opportunity within our Learning & Development Department at Group Support in Lichfield, Staffordshire:

Working Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm, on a weekly rota.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will provide confidential general administrative support to the company's Learning & Development function to ensure that the high professional standard set by the department is maintained.
Duties will include, arranging training events, booking venues & trainers, responding to requests for information, resources and statistics. As well as the production of monthly reports from Maytas and maintain the database with VQ information, including learner data, programme of learning and assessors services and reviews, answering telephone calls and responding to requests both written and verbal.
As a successful candidate you will be well educated, fully proficient with IT systems including Excel and Word and be used to inputting large volumes of data. You should also have excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be customer focussed with a desire to go the extra mile to ensure all issues are expedited with minimal involvement from our operational colleagues and in a timely fashion.
With confident written & verbal communication skills, ideally you will possessNVQ2 or equivalent in Business Administration and IT. You will have the ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure and without supervision. You must have previous experience within a busy office administration role.
