Treatment Room Nurse
Part-Time (21 – 25 hours per week)
Salary Range: £26,000 - £29,000
We are recruiting an RGN treatment room nurse to join our friendly, well organised and professional team of nurses & HCAs who deliver good quality care to 10,000 patients in Bedminster.
Chronic disease management skills are desirable, but not essential for this post, but experience in the management of diabetes or contraception or COPD or asthma would be an advantage to the applicant.
We can be flexible with working hours to suit nurses with family commitments but we will include one evening in the work pattern.
Salary will be awarded according to skills and experience, but we will relate to the pay range offered in AfC Band 5. Our post is NHS Pensionable. We offer 27 days leave and an additional 1 week’s study leave (all pro rata).

Bristol Community Health (BCH) provides a range of community services 365 days a year, over a 24 hour period. This may result in staff being required to work a variety of shift patterns.
Current BCH employees who are successful in their application for this post will transfer automatically to the Total Reward Terms and Conditions upon appointment if they have not already done so. This will not apply to new and current posts which fall under the Children's Community Healthcare Partnership (CCHP) for the 12 month interim period from 1st April 2016. During this time BCH are delivering these services in partnership with Sirona health and care CIC and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) NHS Trust. Standard NHS Terms and Conditions including Agenda for Change pay scales will apply to all current and new CCHP employees.
If the post is fixed term, current BCH employees who are successful will be offered the role on a secondment basis. The secondment will have to be supported by their current line manager and internal applicants should refer to the Secondment Policy on the staff website for further details.
