CityHospitalTrust SpR ENT Applications are invited for 1 Trust SpR post in ENT for a period of 6 months, to commence on as soon as possible until 31st March 2017. The post will be based at City Hospital, Birmingham.
Minimum of 12 months experience in ENT in the UK with post-graduate MRCS/DOHNS qualification being desirable.
The Post holder will take part in the SpR oncall Rota.

The Midland Metropolitan Hospital is being built in Smethwick and will be open in October 2018. It will be the single acute hospital for Sandwell and West Birmingham, providing state of the art healthcare facilities for the population. The Midland Metropolitan will house the emergency department, maternity, acute inpatient wards and operating theatres. Sandwell Hospital remains the site for the Trust headquarters. As well as providing outpatient services, day case surgery and intermediate care beds, the Sandwell Treatment Centre will have a large urgent care centre. The City Hospital site will provide outpatient care and day case surgery from the Birmingham Treatment Centre. Intermediate care beds will remain on the City Hospital site along with the Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
