Unit Manager RGN / RMN

- Location: Blackburn, Lancashire

- Salary: £13.65 - £15.00 per hour £29,800 - £32,700 (Negotiable depending on experience)

- Hours: Full Time 42 hours

- Shifts: Days

- Contract type: Permanent

We are currently looking for someone who will play a key role within this care home as a unit manager. You will be responsible for leading your team and the day-to-day care activity in your designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards

You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst at the same time building excellent personal relationships with both them and their families.

The home is a modern purpose built home designed to cater for specific care such as palliative, residential and general nursing. The Home is on great transport links and very close to the town center.

You will need to have:

- You will be a Registered Nurse

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home

- You'll have dedication and passion for helping make every day special for our residents

- An ability to build warm and trusting relationships with our residents and their families
