Unit Manager ( RGN or RMN or RNLD )

Location: Walsall, West Midlands 
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum excellent benefits; salary negotiable dependent on experience, qualifications and capabilities
Hours: Full Time Hours 
Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly-motivated, experienced Registered Nurse to join the team at a Nursing Home in Walsall. The Care home is well established within the community and is very accessible via public transport. They offer exceptional features such as a sensory garden and offer a high standard of care including nursing, convalescence, respite and post-operative care for older adults. They also provide residential care for individuals with dementia. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high. 

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN or RMN or RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of your unit, managing, leading and motivating the junior members of staff whilst on duty. We are therefore looking for nurses with the ability and experience of managing or supervising a small team.
