Clsyton Recruitment's Specialist Nursing Division are currently recruiting for an experienced RGN / UNIT MANAGER for a 34 bedded Dementia Unit situated in Crewe. This home caters for general and Dementia and is owned by a small successful service provider that is growing.
The role will be full time days working either 33 or 44 hours per week with a generous hourly rate of £14.75 per hour.
Applicants are required to be RGN trained and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly and the essential experience of working with Dementia. Communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Current NMC Registration is paramount.
Experience of working in a Dementia Nursing Home
Dementia and mental health experience
Self motivated with the ability to lead a team of HCAs
