  • Where you'll work
  • Welcome to Kingsfield – our bright, modern, purpose built care home in Faversham, Kent.

We provide quality, tailored short term respite breaks, plus nursing, residential, end of life care, and residential care for older people living with dementia.

Everyone at Kingsfield prides themselves on giving residents the best, tailored care. We get to know each person, from their physical needs through to their personality, what they like to do, where they used to live, their hobbies and interests. Then we set about creating a care plan that’s unique to them. We also get to know our residents’ families well too – many of us know what it’s like to have a loved one move into a care home – and we support them in any way we can.

Kingsfield has also been designed in such a way that people with dementia can feel safe and calm, and are able to find their way around the home with greater confidence. Memory boxes outside residents’ rooms are filled with items unique and special to that resident. These help residents to recall memories while letting them know they’re back at their room.

Members of our care team undertake experiential dementia training, developed by our own in-house experts. This enables us to appreciate the daily challenges experienced by our residents with dementia, and to care for them with greater empathy.
