Applications are invited for this 1 year post at Homerton University Hospital to start on 1st January 2017. The candidate will be expected to have completed basic surgical training (FRCS or MRCS) and have an interest in pursuing a career in Urology. Previous experience in Urology is essential. This is a busy general urology unit. There is opportunity for learning the basics of endoscopic, open and laparoscopy urological surgery, carry out clinical research and audit. The applicant will complement the existing clinical team of 3 Consultants, 2 other registrars, and SHO and 3 urology CNSs.
On call duties are shared as part of the SpR on call rota at Homerton University Hospital, Royal London and St Bartholomews Hospital, London.
