Salary: £19,130 per annum pro rata
Part time 75 per week over 3 days – Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday
Our Sue Ryder Specialist Palliative Care Services are based on 3 sites in West Berkshire (Reading, Wokingham and Newbury), but work closely together within a wide and varied multi-professional team.
Reporting to the Head of Volunteering Development, the Volunteer Coordinator will be driving a coordinated volunteer recruitment campaign based on service user and business need. The postholder would support, train and assist with the development of volunteer recruitment, management and retention. It would be desirable to have experience in:
- Recruiting volunteers or paid staff
- Health & Social Care
- Recruitment and selection processes
